Chair Yoga

Chair yoga is for all levels; the client will understand their own bodies, whilst improving mobility and reducing emotional stress.

Originally tailored for clients with limited mobility, many of us are now sitting in front of our computer for many hours a day, leading to poor posture and fatigue.

Chair yoga over time will improve your posture, reduce pain, and fatigue and develop your strength and flexibility.

Sessions in person or online.
