Margaret mixes various Yoga postures for all levels.
The client gets to know and understand their own bodies, whilst having fun and enjoying the experience. As we flow, the individual is learning about where we hold tension and the effect that has on our body both physically and mentally. The whole experience aims to ensure that all experience overall satisfaction. Also, over time you will develop your strength, power, cardio, motor skills and flexibility and feel energised.
Currently we only provide sessions on Zoom.
