Yin Yoga

In our Yin practice we stay in the position for up to 5 minutes; visual aids are used to gain a position of comfort which also assists the mind and body to settle. Yin targets our connective tissues, fascia, bones, and joints.

A Yin practice is excellent for the body, after an intense Yoga practice or other Physical activities

As we age, we lose mobility and our bones begin to degenerate – however, a regular Yin practice helps the body to regain mobility and ease pain. Because of the benefits, Yin should be part of our weekly lifestyle. Yin positions will be determined by your physical health and physique; this will be established via a prior consultation.

Currently we only provide sessions on Zoom.
