Sound Bowl Therapy

When we relax with the sounds of the Tibetan sound bowl or the gongs, our attention homes in on the sounds leading to our concentration levels improving.

Also, this triggers our emotional tensions and blockages to begin to ease.

Other benefits of Sound Bowl therapy are with each vibration we can ease mental and emotional pain and begin to disperse low self-esteem, worries, anxiety, anger, depression, fears, and insomnia. The sound bowls unique tones can also stabilise blood pressure, ease asthma related issues and renew the functioning of the adrenal gland, stabilise our meridians to improve our synaptic responses in our brain and stimulate our overall immune system and promote overall wellbeing.
