SaTaNaMa (also known as Kirtan Kriya Kundalini Meditation) meditation provides a fresh start to clear your subconscious. Most of us have over the years collected garbage and this garbage is stored deep down in the inner of the subconscious brain preventing us from moving forward in life and improving our overall wellbeing. It's common that we hold onto traumatic events that we thought we had dealt with long ago and yet they remain unresolved in our subconscious. With regular practice we can bring total mental balance. Clearing the subconscious mind of traumas and negative, unnecessary emotions and improve concentration and brain function, increasing intuitive abilities, brings peace and understanding to our overall wellbeing.
