How to book
Simply choose the date and time you want. When you press “Book Now” your order will enter your basket. After viewing your basket you can proceed to the checkout to finalise your booking.
You will be contacted by email once payment has been made regarding details for the Zoom appointment.
Payment information
Payment for your booking will be made by bank transfer.
Once you have completed the checkout details and placed your order you should make payment by BACS transfer to our account. Details for this are on the confirmation message and also on the order email you will receive.
Please note that your booking is not confirmed until payment has reached our account.

If you are a first-time customer, an account will be created for you automatically when you complete the checkout form.
Please pick a unique username for yourself and a strong password.
You can use this account information to log in to our website and track your orders, view your appointments and change your address details etc.
Cancellation policy
Payments are non-refundable on cancellation of 24 hours or less. No shows will not receive a refund.
